Patsy Raye Aubrey

Pat went to be with the Lord on March 29, 2017, at her residence. Pat was born September 20, 1944 in Houston, Texas to Raymond and Josie Mae Kerns.  She was a 34 year resident of Longview, Texas.  

Pat was an avid lover of sports, in particular, tennis and the Dallas Cowboys.  She took great pride in her flower gardens and lawn.  Pat was a 17-year employee of Rescar, Inc. and received her bachelor’s degree from LeTourneau University.

     Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Lindy G. Aubrey; son, Michael Sessions of Pearland; sister, Carolyn Arnold of Apache Junction, Arizona; granddaughter Kristain Bennett of Longview and brother-in-law, Thomas Blackmon of Kilgore.

     She is survived by her son, Lee Sessions, grandsons Reis Sessions and fiancee, Alena Moss of Tennessee and Riley Sessions of Pearland; granddaughters, Alecia Dickerson of Tyler and Nikki Smitherman of Kilgore. Also surviving Pat is her sister, Jean Blackmon of Kilgore; Carey Blackmon Weaver and her husband, Craig Weaver and Kelley Blackmon Burns and her husband, Tom Burns of Pearland; several great grandchildren and great nieces and nephews.A memorial service will be held in her honor on Sunday, April 2, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church, located on Goforth Road in Kilgore, Texas.
