John Henry Meldrum

John Henry Meldrum 87,  passed away Thursday March 30, 2017 after a brief illness.  
He was born on August 7, 1929 in Sikeston Missouri to John Parrish Meldrum and Eula Boston Meldrum.
He met and married Frances Greenlee  in 1949 and have been married for 68 years.
He is survived by his wife Frances, one son Mike of Forney, Texas, one brother, Jack of Midland Texas, two grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many friends and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Fred.
Visitation will be at East Texas Funeral Home in Longview on April 2, 2017 from 10am to 12pm. Graveside services will be April 2, 2017 at 2pm at White Cemetery.
