Rebecca Ann Tubbs

     Rebecca Ann Tubbs was born to James and Cynthia Tubbs in Waco, Texas on February 12th, 1963. She passed away on May 20th, 2017 in Longview, Texas.
     Rebecca grew up in Lake Jackson, Texas. She was a happy-go-lucky child, always full of fun. As a preteen and teenager, she loved to ride her horse. She and "Lady" won many ribbons and trophies in 4-H events.
     Rebecca received her Registered Nursing degree from Kilgore College. She worked as an R.N. in several hospitals, home health, and hospice in the Longview area.
     Rebecca is survived by her three children, Stephanie Bechtold, husband Michael, Ashley Goodrick, husband Sean, and Ethan Ogden. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Colby Gage, Claire Bechtold, Casey Bechtold, Kaleb Bechtold, and Molly Goodrick. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life. She also has two brothers, whom she was proud of, Col. James Tubbs, wife Sharon and Scott Tubbs, wife Vicki. She also has several nieces and nephews.
     Her parents, James and Cynthia Tubbs, are also surviving. They loved her greatly, and will think of her always.
     Becky had a big heart, always helping others. She had a green thumb, and loved planting and caring for a garden in her yard. She will be missed by all who knew her.
     A memorial service celebrating Rebecca's life will be held at a future date.
