Adam Wayne Fredericks age 29 of Hallsville, Texas passed away on Sunday, September 9, 2018, in Hallsville.  He was born on June 28, 1989, in Longview, Texas to Cathy Sue Burks Fredericks and John Wayne Fredericks.

Adam was a member of Mulberry Springs Baptist Church in Hallsville.  He graduated from Hallsville High School and was a dedicated trombone player in the marching band, many times marching in his football pads during halftime performances.  Later he graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a degree in music.  Currently Adam was working on his Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering at LeTourneau University.  Adam worked for Eastman Chemicals as a reliability specialist.

Music, camping, hunting  and the outdoors were just a few of the things Adam enjoyed.  Treasured moments were time spent with his brother, Brian riding 4-wheelers, working on cars, building structures with his dad, and cooking with his Mom. 

He is survived by his parents, Cathy and John Fredericks of Hallsville; brother, John Brian Fredericks and wife, Kristel of Hallsville; two nieces, Kylie and Blakely Fredericks of Hallsville; grandfather, Robert Wayne Fredericks of Hallsville; aunt, Mary Morelock and husband, Marty of TN; uncles, Bob Fredericks and wife, Denise of Longview, Jimmy Burks and wife, Toni of Hallsville; Pete Burks and wife, Martha of Henderson; many cousins; and his two dogs, Oliver and Hardy.

Preceding Adam in death are grandparents, Bonnie Powell, Cline Pool Burks and wife, Margie Faye Burks, Yvonne Fredericks; aunt, Shirley Witt and uncle, Bill Burks.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 14, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. at Mulberry Springs Baptist Church in Hallsville located at 16376 FM 449.
