Carrol Boland

Carrol "Bubba" Boland departed from his earthly journey on the late morning of July 18, 2024 with his devoted wife by his side. Born October 13, 1971, Bubba was a lifelong resident of the East Texas area where he had a career in carpentry. He enjoyed fishing, taking trips to the Choctaw Casino, and playing pool. As an enthusiast of rock music, he was a devoted fan of Ozzy Osbourne. Bubba will forever be remembered for his quick wit, sense of humor, and positive attitude towards life.


Bubba is survived by his wife of nineteen years, Pam Reavis Boland; stepdaughter, Crystal Bowley; stepdaughter and spouse, Renea and Shaun Napier; mother and father-in-law, Betty and John Miller; sister, Brenda Selman and children; six grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Edna and Carrol Boland; sister, Carolyn Pruit; sister, Gayle Jones; and brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Josie Boland.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at East Texas Funeral Home with Chapel Services to follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at White Cemetery in Longview.
