Catherine Lehigh (Twombley) Linder

Catherine Lehigh Linder, 46, passed away peacefully June 22,2020 in her home surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer. She was born October 21, 1973 in Eureka, California to Barcus and Anita Twombley. In 2009 she married the love of her life, Evan Ray Linder.

Catherine was a 1991 graduate of Arcata High School in Arcata California. For many years, Catherine worked in various administrative roles at Vista College in Longview, making an impact on as many people as she possibly could. In her spare time, she loved sitting outside with her family and dogs, or being in the pool. Catherine especially loved her Starbucks coffee.

Catherine was a devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed antiquing and traveling, always wanting to take day trips to small towns nearby just to go see them. Catherine will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege to know her.

Catherine is survived by her husband Evan Linder of Longview TX, her father Barcus Twombley of Gilmer TX, siblings Lorie and Don Graziose of Pittsburg KS, Edgar Burk of Loleta CA, her son Skyler Massey of Jefferson City MO, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Anita Twombley, and brother Barcus Twombley Jr.

A celebration of Catherine’s life will be held in Pittsburg Kansas at a later date.
