Charlotte (Compton) Futrell

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Charlotte Lee Futrell, who ended her earthly journey early Sunday, February 12th, 2023. 

She was born April 15th, 1937, in Longview Texas, the daughter to late Avis and Sam Compton. 

A warrior throughout life, she was 85 years old.

She is survived by many loving individuals, including her sons, Bill Futrell, Wade Futrell, and Houston Brown; Grand children Sarah Futrell, Brian Futrell, and Makena Futrell; as well 2 loving great grandkids and one on the way. Charlotte is preceded in death by husband Bo Futrell and sons Brian Futrell and Marshall Futrell.

No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned. The family will notify loved ones in the future if a service is scheduled.
