Charlotte Garcia Obituary

Charlotte Deann Garcia was born on October 4th, 1958 in Amarillo, Texas to Reeta Faye Wade Brandon and Rayburn James Brandon. She passed away on July 7th, 2019 in Kilgore, Texas.

Charlotte Deann was a sweet lady and devoted wife, mother, sister, friend and family oriented. She was a very special woman, and once you met her you would never forget her. She was kind and so funny and always tried to see the good in people. When she walked thru any door, she could light up the room with her contagious smile and sense of humor. If you were in a bad mood, she was the one to bring you out of it. She loved to dance and sing, make up little songs and was always ready to go somewhere especially to her rehearsals with her brother and sister and family gatherings.  She loved her friends and her family especially, her grandkids. Deann was a fun and cool grandmother for sure and their number one fan in anything they did.  She loved life to the fullest, even when she was sick, and she tried to stay positive and happy. We will love and miss you forever, sweet lady. We want you to know you brought so much love and laughter into our lives, and you will never be forgotten.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 12:00 P.M. at Increase Church of the Assemblies of God of White Oak.
