Cynthia Haley Obituary

Cynthia (Cindy) Kathleen Salter Haley, 79 of Longview, passed away on October 23, 2021. She was born on May 6, 1942, in Longview, Tx to Ralph Vernon Salter and Mary Lorene Salter (Hardy) of East Mountain, Tx. Services will be held on November 6, 2021, at the East Mountain Community Center 103 Municipal Dr at 2:00 PM.
Cindy was a devout member of the Church of Christ. She also was a diehard fan of the Dallas Cowboys. She enjoyed reading books and doing crossword puzzles. She went to school and graduated from East Mountain High School and was a Yamboree Princess when she was young.
Cindy loved her children by supporting them unconditionally and letting them be their own unique selves and would do anything she could for all family and friends even if it meant she would go without.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph & Lorene Salter, her husband Bob Mcclellen, brother Ralph Vernon Salter Jr, and daughter April Wilkinson.
Cindy is survived by her sister Alice Lucker of Sebring, Florida, son Steve Elliott & wife Donna of Longview, daughters Teresa Stevens & husband Scott of Hallsville, Angie Stiles & husband Richard (Lucky) Stiles of Hallsville. Grandchildren: Kyle & Jacob Elliott, Rhiannon Houser, Keith Jones, Austin Stiles, and Michael Wilkinson. 6 great grandchildren and one due on November 15, 2021. Several nieces, nephews, and close family friends.
