Graveside Services for Mrs. Deborah Lou Mings, formerly of Harleton, Texas, will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at White Cemetery in Longview, Texas.
Deborah Mings, age 75, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Born on September 28, 1948 in Suitland, Maryland, Deborah was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend.
Deborah is survived by her husband Albert Mings, her children Bobbi spouse Sondra Lankford, Vikki spouse Mack Moore, James spouse Desire Mings, grandchildren Jarred spouse Hollie Mings, KayCee, Taylor, Tyler, Colton, Amanda spouse Pryce Curry, great grandchildren Carlie, Emma, Charles, Paisley, Holden, Walker, Bo, and host to many nieces and nephews.
A devoted member of her community, Deborah was known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit. Her passion for crafting, gardening, and cooking, brought joy and inspiration to all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Deborah's name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the hospice team, Three Oak Hospice, for their compassionate care and support during Deborah's final days.
Deborah's memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
