Elizabeth Bright Obituary
Elizabeth "Liz" A. Bright (nee Gentry), 65, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on February 2, 2024, in Longview, Texas. She was born on July 29, 1958.
Liz was a claims adjudicator at the Social Security Administration and retired from her career. Her primary hobby was helping others and she enjoyed occasional breaks to catch up on her favorite soap opera "The Young and the Restless". She also loved traveling and visiting foreign countries when time and health permitted.
She was a loving and giving person who saw the good in everyone. Liz is survived by her husband, Tim Bright, her son Zach Bright, Irene Harvey (Dan), David Gentry (Keri), Donna Lopez, a host of nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Teresa Goosens, her father, Henry Lynn Gentry, her brother Adrian Marrufo, and her sister Lynn Gamper.
There will be no memorial service per her wishes. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Liver Foundation.
