Glen Sherard Obituary
On Monday September 13, 2021 our beloved husband and father Glen Ray Sherard passed away at the age of 73 at Longview Regional Medical Center.
Glen was born on January 25, 1948 to the late Willis and Dee Sherard in Lindsay, OK. He attended Seminole High School, where he met the love of his life, Loretta. They were married August 22, 1966. They had just celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary before his passing. They had one child, Dusty.
Glen was a U.S. Army veteran who had a passion and talent for wood working and touched many with his kind heartedness.
Glen is survived by his wife Loretta, his sister Linda Shaffer and husband Dan, his son Dusty Sherard and wife Cristi, grandchildren Hulon and Joey, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Willis and Dee Sherard, and his sisters Jeanie and Mary.
We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. (2 Cor 5:8)
