Howard Watson, 67, of Kilgore, Texas passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023 at his home after a three year battle with cancer.
Howard was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 4, 1955 to Mary Jo and Howard Watson, Jr. Howard grew up in Little Rock and then spent many years wrenching motorcycles from Florida to California. He later settled in Kilgore and worked as the Parts Service Manager at Fun Motors on and off for 30 years. He loved motorcycles and collecting guns in his free time. He attended White Oak Community Church and was a member of the Security Team.
Howard leaves behind a very special significant other, Donna Dempsey-Medders who spent the last few years loving and caring for Howard. He is also survived by his loving daughter, Wendi Watson of Longview; stepdaughters, Sundi Jackson of Marietta and Honey Small of Longview; stepson Jason Mabry of Longview; stepdaughter-in-law Sebina Johns of White Oak; grandson, Justin Watson and fiancé Kayla Stoudemire both of Longview; first wife, Lynette Hill of Cisco; and many more grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
Howard was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Marilyn Turner Watson and is now reunited with her in heaven. His parents Mary Jo and Howard Jr; stepson, Greg Johns of White Oak, Tx.
Family and Friends are welcome to attend a Celebration of Life, which will be held at White Oak Community Church in White Oak, Tx on Saturday, March 4th at 10:30 a.m.
