Jeffery Dale Thomas

Jeffery Dale Thomas age 64, of Gladewater, TX, passed away June 26, 2021. He was born September 25, 1956 in Kilgore, TX. Jeffery was born and raised in East Texas and graduated from Kilgore High School. He worked for many years in the Oil and Gas industry. Jeff was known for loving his children and family more than anything in the world. Jeff was a faithful man and he lived by Phil 4:13, "I can do all things in Christ who strengthen me". As he fought his battle of cancer, he never gave up and leaned on his Lord and Savior. He will be missed by all.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Amanda Thomas of Gladewater, TX, eldest son and daughter, Connor Thomas of Dallas, TX and Cayman Thomas of New York, NY, his five younger children, Dylan, Madalyn, Landon, Caden and Audrey of Gladewater, TX, and his half sisters Judy and Lisa, of Longview, TX. Jeff’s mother, father, and sister all preceded him in passing.

A graveside service for Jeff will be held on Wednesday, June 30th, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.  at De Berry Cemetery in De Berry, TX.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart To Heart Hospice in Longview, TX or to American Cancer Society.

Arrangements are being made under the care of East Texas Funeral Home.
