John Miller departed from his earthly journey on the early morning of Saturday, November 22, 2025. Born on February 21, 1952 in Chula Vista, California, John was known for his love of witnessing the gospel to others, praying, and spending time reading the Holy Bible, KJV. When he was able, he loved to go fishing, and was always up for watching a good western. He will be remembered for loving his family, including his wife, Betty, of twenty years, and his companionship to his dog, Charlie.
John is survived by his wife, Betty Hall; stepdaughter, Pam Hall; stepdaughter and spouse, Febra and Gus Jimenez; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His special friendship with Brother Bob Bowen will also always be a memorable part of his legacy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 1-2PM with services starting at 2PM at East Texas Funeral Home. John will be laid to rest at White Cemetery in Longview.
