Lois Ann Rogers, 77, of Jefferson, Texas, passed away on December 6, 2024. She was born on January 11, 1947, in Houston, Texas. Lois attended Galena Park High School, graduated from Baylor Law School, and went on to have a distinguished career as a lawyer, practicing law in Aransas Pass, Texas, until her retirement.
Lois was a woman of many passions. She found joy in gardening, cheering for the Rangers baseball team, and spending quality time with her loved ones. Her beloved dog, Bear, was also a constant companion in her life. Lois cherished the moments spent with family and friends and made lasting memories with those she held dear.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Rogers; her parents, Marlin and Betty Corgey; her brothers, Denny and Mike Corgey; and her son, Price Rogers. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Brooke Wedemeyer; her grandchildren, Liam, Ayrton, Meelah Wedemeyer, Breanna, and Ethan Baker, Aiden, and Devon Rogers; and many other relatives and friends who will miss her deeply.
A private family ceremony will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of choice in her honor.
