Mark George

Mark Whitney George age, 54, of Hallsville, Texas went to be with his Dad so they could go fishing again. God always takes the best. Mark was born June 7, 1965, and passed away June 30, 2019. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas E. George; and brothers, Marty George and Judd George.

He is survived by his mother, Bettie Cagle; brother, James George and wife, Kathy; sons, Markus George and Matthew George. He was a wonderful and loving Pappy to his three granddaughters, Maya; McKenna; and Emma. They loved their Pappy.

He had many close friends who love him. He loved to play horseshoes and dominoes, fish and hunt. His friends were always there with him. We will all miss this special man dearly. 

A memorial service will be held at Center Cemetery in Harleton, Texas on Sunday, July 7, 2019, at 2:00 P.M.
