Marvin Ray Longhofer

Born April 11, 1944, Marvin passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on September 22, 2024. Marvin was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Lee Longhofer and Harriet Julia Emmaline Rogers, his son Allen Bailey, his grandson Matthew Williams and his great-granddaughter Chloe Vasquez. Marvin is survived by his wife of 27 years: Sharon Longhofer; son: Larry (Wendy) Longhofer, daughters: Jamie (Jason) Robertson, Misti Beall and Kristi Sexton; brother Don (Mary) Longhofer; sister Karen (Jim) Baker, grandchildren: Devin Vasquez, Dylan (Chasity) Longhofer, Dustin (Jaylen) Longhofer, Sam Longhofer, Kylee Longhofer, Morgan Robertson, Daniel (Rayne) Robertson, Lyndsey (David) Head, Michael (Teana) Williams, Joshua Sexton, Nic (Anna) Sexton and Zane Bailey, great-grandchildren: Alex & Jaxson Vasquez, Micah, Madelyn & Maddox Bonner and Harrison Longhofer, as well as countless other family and friends. Marvin and Sharon were long-time members of The Church of Uncertain in Karnack, TX, and a memorial service will be held there at 11AM on Saturday, September 28, 2024. Pops will remain in our hearts and memories for all the days of our lives until we can join him ourselves in beulah land.
