Peter "Pete" Tucker

Born in Harlingen TX under the gaze of the Texas sun, Peter Tucker, known to most as Pete, was born to Ruth and Bud Tucker on June 02, 1970.  Pete passed away from natural causes on July 6, 2025, at the age of 55.

Pete, a man of friendly countenance and handy skill, was held in fond regard by all who knew him. With laughter in his voice and jest upon his lips, he made light the hearts of those he met. His life was a testament to the joy of service, for he stood as a steadfast volunteer of the Nesbitt Fire Department, where his valor and dedication shone as a beacon unto others.

Pete was survived by his mother, his sisters Tina and Tammy and his eldest brother Bobby. His beloved wife Lavonna Tucker, his baby girl Elizabeth, and sons Johnathon and Travis, along with many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren all mourn his passing.  Of course, his loyal companion Littlebit is there to give them comfort.
