Roberto Perez

Robert (Bobby) Perez, 63 of Longview, Tx, originally from North Platte, Ne, passed away on November 23, 2025, at home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born November 02, 1962, in Scottsbluff, Ne. to Simon Perez and Mary Ann Perez (Rivera). Bobby was a devoted son, brother, and uncle. He was known for his witty, amusing, and playful personality. He liked watching sports/wrestling on tv, playing pool, and garage selling. He was always up to helping family members with various tasks.

He is survived by his loving mom, Mary Ann Castro, who took care of him to the end, Son Josiah Perez of Montana, Sisters Vickie (Juan) Escalona and Veronica Daniels both of Longview, Tx., Brother Simon Perez of Scottsbluff, Ne., Brother Michael (Karyn) Rivera of San Diego, Ca. 5 Nieces and 7 Nephews, several Great Nieces and Nephews, a few Great Great Nieces and Nephews, and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. He is preceded in death by his Grandma Jennie Rivera, Father Simon Perez, Nephew Michaelangelo Perez, and a few Aunts and Uncles. Bobby was deeply loved and will truly be missed by many.
A Celebration of Life will take place at East Texas Funeral Home on Friday, December 05, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
