Stephanie Diaz Obituary

Stephanie Renee Diaz, a ray of creativity and courage, completed her vibrant journey on earth on December 4, 2025, in Kilgore, TX. Born in the warmth of Longview, TX, on July 9, 1988, Stephanie's life was a testament to the power of passion and perseverance.

Her family, a diversity of love that includes her devoted mother Brenda Howerton, her caring sisters Ashley Howerton, Crystal Morgan, and Amanda Loomis, her supportive brothers James Morgan III and Mark Morgan, her cherished step-sisters Meagan Medrano-Silva and Chloe Rhodes, her beloved uncle Roger Meyers, and her adored daughter McKenzie Moore, stood as her unfaltering cheerleaders. Stephanie's life was also brightened by the many nieces, nephews, and extended family members, along with her dear cat Maggie, who brought daily joy and companionship.

A proud graduate of Pine Tree High School in 2006, Stephanie carried her zest for learning and community to Kilgore College. She cultivated a philosophy not bound by walls, but rather one that embraced a spiritual path, finding enlightenment in every facet of her life. Stephanie's interests reached into the realms of yoga, bowling, watching movies with mom, and multiple adventures with friends where she fostered deep connections and many memories.

Stephanie's existence was a canvas of boundless creativity. She painted her life's story with bold and fearless strokes, embodying the essence of someone who dared to dream and turn those dreams into reality. She faced life's adversities with the heart of a lioness, inspiring those around her to also confront their challenges with grace and tenacity.

Her passion was a flame that ignited enthusiasm in everyone she encountered. Stephanie lived by the inspiring words "Nothing is Trivial".

She was a living example that our circumstances do not define us, but rather our response to those circumstances. Stephanie believed in embracing each day with a heart full of passion and an unshakeable courage that emboldens us even in the face of the unknown.

Though her physical presence has transitioned, Stephanie's spirit remains a guiding light, a reminder that our lives are limited not by the years we live but by the love we give and the vigor with which we live our truth. Let us honor Stephanie's memory by living as she did - with creativity, courage, and an unwavering passion that knows no bounds. Her legacy is not one of sorrow but a celebration of a life lived fully, deeply, and with an unrelenting zest that will forever resonate in the hearts of those she touched.
