Thomas Darrell Tilley

Hallsville – Thomas Darrell Tilley went to wet a hook in heaven on October 27, 2023 in Longview, Texas surrounded by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.   

Thomas was survived by his children, Leah Dickens and her husband Jim, Todd Tilley and his wife Brianna, James Tilley and his wife Teresa, Jana Myers and her husband Nicholas and his son Wayne Tilley.  Thomas is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. 

Thomas was born in Castor, Louisiana Bienville Parish to Elan Tilley and Mattie Page.  He was raised in Sarepta, Louisiana by his parents Elan and Mattie.   

Celebration of Life will be held November 4, 2023 at 1:00 pm.  Services will be held at his home church Pine Forest Baptist Church 687 Maple Springs Rd. Hallsville, TX 75650.  The service will be officiated by his pastor and good friend Ottis Jarrell.  

The family would like to thank Longview Regional Hospital 4th Floor ICU staff, friends and family for all the love, care and prayers.
