Vergie (Dixon) Sanders

In loving memory of our mother, Vergie Sanders, 89, passed away October 3, 2023, at her home in Tatum.  Vergie was born January 25, 1934, to Murph and Eulla Dixon and was a lifelong resident of Tatum. 

She was preceded by her parents, her husband, Preston (Tiny) Sanders, sons, Lester Dixon and Hardy Sanders and daughter Pam Sanders.  She is survived by her son Preston and wife Felisha Sanders, daughters; Becky Turlington and Beth Green and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

Mom, you will be missed and never forgotten.  We love you always. Go rest high on that mountain.

Graveside services will be 2PM, Friday, October 6, 2023, at Tatum Cemetery. No formal visitation will be scheduled at the funeral home.
